Moses Rock is a new-build residence on a remote coastal site in the Margaret River region. Unified Solutions South West worked directly with the builder and the owner to deliver the electrical, lighting, security and communications package, completed in 2023.
The brief was a complete lighting fit-out, with security and reliable communications designed in from the outset. The site had no usable mobile coverage, so connectivity had to be solved as part of the electrical works rather than left as an afterthought.
The installation included LED lighting throughout the home, CCTV, a security system with keypad, and Wi-Fi. A mobile booster and Starlink were installed to give the property voice and data service. Power to the house was brought in on a 500-metre mains run from the supply point.
That mains run was the critical piece of work. The trench required large earthmoving equipment to open a path to the dwelling and a clean termination at the house. At handover the owners received a commissioning package covering the electrical installation, CCTV and security system.

- Full new-build lighting, power, CCTV, security and Wi-Fi package
- 500-metre mains supply installed with large earthmoving equipment
- Mobile booster and Starlink installed to serve a site with no reception
- Security system and commissioning documentation handed over to the owner
